We provide accurate and reliable maintenance and repair services to the clients based on what they need for medical equipment. We provide service engineers or technicians with expertise in the repair and maintenance of medical equipment.

  • To carry out preventive maintenance and calibration activities as planned
  • To perform preventive maintenance services and emergency and non-emergency equipment repair services and replace parts.
  • To provide trained and qualified manpower with relevant document (Training record, Qualification record).
  • To provide necessary document as required (Service report, Invoice, tools calibration/ validation calibrate, PPM certificate).
  • To communicate directly with the customer regarding the findings.
  • To provide end-user knowledge sharing/ training.

  • Removal of stains, cleaning, and polishing of equipment
  • Ensuring that the equipment is efficient to operate
